Quotas: You can make as much or as little sales as you want, but you need to have at least 1 sale in a month.

Other:
You earn 50% commission automatically for your first 4 campaigns than it depends on sales.. 
40-50% comm. is on Avon brand items, ie. makeup, skincare, haircare. For all other items 20% com. is made, ie. Curves products, Trade Bazaar products.
One big advantage with Avon is that there is no parties!!!!
Brochures are sent when you place your orders, at the beginning you will receive brochures in your starter kit, once you become a rep. you must purchase them.
