chocolate banana cookies

Cut up banana slices
Spread peanut butter between two slices
Freeze for 1 hour
Melt chocolate
Remove the banana 'cookies' from the freezer and cover them in the melted chocolate
Freeze for another 2-3 hours


**Tip : for an extra crunch, sprinkle with crushed peanuts after you have covered with chocolate


**For a healthier alternative use natural peanut butter and 70% dark chocolate
