THEME: HALLOWEEN. Items must be related to anything Halloween (pumpkins, skeletons, orange/black, etc.)
AS ALWAYS: Items must be HANDMADE. If item is customized, you MUST state the turnaround time in the description of your item. Otherwise, all items are assumed to be RTS (ready to ship).
Rules for participation in auctions are as follows:
Auctions will start as noted above at 8:00pm EST and will end as noted above at 8:00pm EST.
Each person is allowed to submit ONE handmade item (a 'set' is to be considered ONE item). Item must be within the theme (noted above). If you have questions about whether your item accurately fits within the theme, please contact one of the admins via the Facebook page.
COST: $1.00 USD via PayPal. This non-refundable nominal fee allows us to pay for advertising. 100% of funds donated will go to advertising and page promotion.
**PLEASE PUT YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE/LINK IN THE MESSAGE SECTION OF YOUR PAYMENT**
Pictures should be clear, bright, and professional looking! There should be nothing in the picture but the item, for example : pets, feet, toys, household items in the background.
Once your item is submitted, please don't sell the item in your shop until after the auction. If someone expresses interest, direct them to the auction page to generate excitement and bidding wars.
Please double check all entries before submitting them. Once items are submitted and posted they will not be changed.
All items must be submitted by NOON on the day BEFORE auction open/start.
It is the vendor's responsibility to make sure all bidders have "liked" your page.
It is the vendor's responsibility to contact and invoice (within 24 hours) the winning bidder on their auction item.
Vendors must be reasonably available during the term of the auction to answer any questions proposed by customers.
All vendors must have an active Facebook business page.
Vendors are encouraged to SHARE the event by posting on their business page before and during the auction duration.
Any submissions not adhering to the above rules will not be posted. Admins are not responsible for items submitted after auction deadline.
Each person that submits an item for auction will be put into a drawing for a chance at ONE WEEK FEATURED SHOUT OUTS on our Facebook page. Winner will be chosen within 1 week of auction end.
Page admins are here to assist you in any way possible, however we are NOT responsible for auction items that were received not as described, items misplaced through the postal service, PayPal bidder/vendor disputes, etc.
Auctions are in no way condoned, affiliated, or sponsored by Facebook. Facebook maintains no input or liability for the transactions occurring on the Promote Your Handmade Products page.
